These are the most up-to-date Multi-Lingual resource maps currently available for residents. It shows the location of many public and private resources and also provides the description of facilities and services, as well as, contact information.
Translations Provided
Locations are marked on the maps, and descriptions translated into
Armenian (Western),
Chinese,
Portuguese,
Russian,
Spanish, and
English. This project came about through a committee of volunteers and Town employees with the goal of helping newcomers and non-English speakers feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about their community. These maps are now available in paper copy, free of charge at many locations throughout the community.
Project Committee
This map has been produced by the World in Watertown, in cooperation with Project Literacy of the Watertown Free Public Library, the Parent Child Home Program and the Watertown Police Department.
